– Spray bottle or small tub to keep shirt wet
– Ingredients $30 – 50 bottles of beer!
– Step # 1: Setting Up – 2 Gallons of water to 150 F/65 C
– Crystal 20 & Biscuit Malt
– 7 lbs of light liquid malt extract
– Cascade for Centennial Hops switch
– Chinook Hops for bittering 3/4 OZ
– 1.75 OZ Flavoring 1.00 OZ Aroma
– PLUS DRY HOPS
– Yeast
– Irish moss
– Sanitizer
– MYU?
– Step # 2: The Golden Rule
– Step # 3: Grain Steepage
– Step # 4: Boiling/Adding Liquid Malt Extract
– Step # 5: 1st Hops Addition
– Step # 6: 2nd Hops Addition/Flavoring Part 1
– Step # 7: 3rd/Flavoring Part 2
– Step # 8: 4th/Aroma Hops
– Step # 9: Hop filtering/Carboid filling
– Step # 10: The Waiting Game
