Evil Twin Brewing Greenhouse Oat Lager

STYLE: Foudre-aged American Pale Lager
ABV: 5.0%
IBU: N/A
AVAILABILITY: 16-Ounce cans, Draft

Stats above taken from the brewery’s can, website, and Untappd.

Appearance

Light to medium gold with a nice, white, fluffy head, and a little chill haze from the fridge.

Aroma

Floral note hits the nose first followed by a baguette-like bready smell.

Taste

Helles-like malt flavor with some of the biscuit quality in the background and a touch of the oak character with earthiness/woodiness.

Mouthfeel

Refreshing, with a full-flavored mouthfeel from the foudre.

Overall

I could definitely see myself having quite a few of these outdoors at Evil Twin or elsewhere…definitely in warmer weather than right now in NYC. Pair it with light bar fare, nothing too powerful in flavor.

Cheers and remember:
